First week

just the first week.. it feels already like we left for months. We did a lot in our first week.
Timo lives in Santa Clarita, near LA. He has an amazing house with two big gardens. One is the zen garden where we eat everyday and doing yoga. The other is a big one with a lot of grass. I love to chill there or play a little bit of basketball.
About a year ago Timo found a little chihuahua under his car. First he tried to find the owner but nobody respond to anything. So he decided to keep her. Her name is Jazzy and i LOVE her. never though i would fall in love with a chihuahua.
Since we are here we are doing a lot of hiking in the mountains. The first hike was the second day we were here. it was a hike up to East Canyon, so it was really heavy. We walked for 3 hours in total. The view was amazing and the nature beautiful. And i saw my first snake during this hike. They are really scared of human but you need to watch out were you walk.
The next day we decided to do a next hike. this was a hike in to a valley. Timo and Tim already did this hike a long time ago. They told me that there was a lot of water in the valley. In the beginning we didn't found some water, so we were a little bit sad haha. But after an hour we found the water!! We decided to walk further because there was an camping in the middle of nowhere and we wanted to go there. When we came there the water stopped and there was no camping anymore. The only thing what was left was a toilet building. But some people shot everything in there. those crazy Americans...
When we walked back, we something really beautiful. there was a rainbow around the sun in the a circle. It looked amazing.
When we saw the water again we played in it ofcourse. climbing on the rocks!
And in the first week we did one more hike up to the top of Towsley. That was pretty high! but again, the view was so nice. totally worth it. When we were walking down of Towsley we saw a oil source, but a nature one. I never saw something like that. It is weird...
Every walk we do Jazzy joins us and she is one hell of a tough little dog.
With all this hiking and yoga we do, we will be top fit if we come back in december!
Next to all the hiking we also did a lot of other stuff of course. We rented bikes in Venice beach and biked to Santa Monica. We participated in Timo his meditation group what was really cool and we visit a lot of friends from Timo.
Sometimes i feel like an attraction, everybody wants to meet us haha. It is kind of funny. But everybody is really sweet and i enjoying it.
Yesterday we did something special. Timo is busy with making a new album and we could come with him to the studio to see how the recording thing goes. It was really cool. I can tell already that this album will be really really really good. When they were recording i got like goose bumps. it will release some were in October and than i will definitely let you guys know.
Today we are gonna make us ready for the upcoming trip. I think we will leave next week and than we will go slowly to Canada!!
